James worked at five time Digital Agency of the Year, Agency Republic with the aim of blurring the traditional agency gap between design and art direction roles. After four years and on securing a pitch win for the digital account for The 2012 London Olympic Games Comittee, James decided to leave to pursue his own ideas and to work with agencies on a consultancy basis. He has worked with a long list of world famous brands including The BBC, adidas, London Olympic Games 2012, Smirnoff, Mercedes-Benz, O2 and Boots. Swearbox is his first self-initiated project.
Rameet Chawla has long been a staple of the New York development scene. Since 2004, agencies, big brands, & startups have called in Rameet to help with back-end and front-end interactive or to put a touch of polish & flair on existing work. When Apple announced the app store in July 2008, Mr Chawla was in a prime position to transition his expertise in Flash development to mobile apps.
Jay spent eight years at Agency Republic London, where he set up and ran Republic Film, a specialist interactive 3D and video production arm. Whilst there he helped the agency win Digital Agency of the Year five times. He's now the Digital Creative Director at Three Drunk Monkeys, Sydney, currently Australian Creative Magazine's 'Creative Hot Shop of the Year' and the AdNews No.1 ranked advertising agency in Australia.
